Monthly Subscriptions

AMP Fitness offers monthly coaching packages that include daily contact with your personal trainer to keep you focused on your fitness goals.
Programming and coaching through CoachRx mobile app:
Personalized fitness calendar with daily exercise, nutrition and lifestyle goals
Videos and detailed instruction with each exercise assigned
On-demand coaching and in-app messaging to stay connected with your coach
Weekly check-in forms
In-person or online coaching sessions:

Two-months commitment is required. Subscription renewal after the first two months will be on a monthly basis.

Each subscription package includes daily coaching and access to a personalized health calendar based on your goal plus monthly one-hour coaching sessions. Coaching sessions provide dedicated time with Coach Arthur to go through a workout, assess exercise form, answer client questions about the program, and discuss any roadblocks. Number of coaching sessions determined by package level:
Bronze (Coaching + Programming + 1 one-hour session/month): $200/month
Silver (Coaching + Programming + 2 one-hour sessions/month): $260/month
Gold (Coaching + Programming + 4 one-hour sessions/month): $340/month
Session Packages
AMP Fitness recognizes that daily coaching and programming isn’t for everyone which is why I offer session packages that do not include coaching between sessions.

Each session is one hour in-person (San Antonio, TX area) or virtual video calls.

(session must be used within 3 weeks)4 one-hour sessions: $200
(all sessions must be used within 8 weeks)8 one hour sessions: $360
